The Company

In The Beginning

Imperium was formed in 1988 to exploit expertise in the database and parallel processing markets.

We specialised in consultancy to multinationals, designing and building DBMS-based information systems.

The Internet Revolution

In 1995, we moved into internet consultancy.

During the next five years, we created applications and designed systems employing diverse Internet and Web related technologies, such as Java (TM), VRML and cgi, and continued research in emerging echnologies including XML and the rapidly expanding set of Java APIs.

Technology Focus

Now, in the new Millennium, we are focusing core Technology areas: Java (TM) and XML. This combination increasingly provides support for systems and applications from massively distributed Enterprise to personalised Mobile. These technologies form an excellent launch pad for the diverse work we do for our corporate clients.
